Works are progressing in various areas across the site.
Works continue on the Alexander Avenue link road with the installation of the new drainage systems and general road construction. Works are planned to be complete in this area in early 2025 with the new footpath being brought into operation upon completion.
Works continue on the N/B section of the A9 from Westfield roundabout to Gateway Roundabout with the construction of the new footpath and the commencement of the new road construction.
Piling works are complete on the N/E corner of Westfield roundabout for the utility protection slabs. The reinforced concrete slab construction is now underway.
Piling works for utility protection slabs commenced in the Midthorn area of the site and will continue into the new year.
Utility diversions throughout the site have progressed and will continue into the new year. The majority of these works will be contained within the current site boundary however some works will be required outwith the current site boundary and will require further traffic management for short durations.
There has been no change to the current pedestrian diversion route. Please follow the yellow and black diversion signs and use the temporary footpaths provided.
