Works have progressed in various areas across the project in the last period.
Piling works for utility protection slabs at the Midthorn and Westfield roundabout area have been completed with reinforced concrete works commencing.
The construction of the Alexander Avenue link road has continued with the final surfacing planned for the coming months.
Works to construct the new carriageway from Westfield to Etna along the A9 Northbound has continued in the period including the construction of the new Gateway roundabout.
Utility diversions have also continued in and around the site.
There is no change to the traffic management or pedestrian diversion route. Please follow the pedestrian diversion signage for safe walking routes around the works areas.
