The construction of the new carriageway embankments and footways has continued over the period from Midthorn to Earl’s Gate.
Works continue during night shift throughout the site on the A9 and A904 under traffic management. These works consist of the installation of utility and drainage crossings for diversion works, which will be carried out in the future, and to install temporary surfacing to allow the implimentation of the first phase of Traffic Management. Works to construct new pedestrian crossings has also been carried out around Earl’s gate roundabout.
