The project is currently awaiting the successful completion of numerous utility diversions. On completion of the diversions, the site opens up to allow the completion of the new carriageway.
In the period, available areas of road have been surfaced including the Northbound half of the A9 from the new Gateway roundabout to Etna, tie in.
Various areas of footpath kerbing, drainage and re-soiling have continued in available areas not affected by utility diversions.
BB team supported the Denny High School Careers Evening to promote STEM career pathways to local S2-S5 pupils
1 pupil completed 2 days of work experience placement shadowing the site engineers.
Further work placements being organised with pupils who took part in The Big School Challenge.
3 local jobs created and filled with apprenticeships under way.
